The cognitive and intellectual symptoms tabulated were: difficulty making decisions, difficulty / problems at work, difficulty following directions, difficulty finding familiar places, problems balancing a checkbook, memory problems, attention / concentration difficulties, and difficulty sorting / organizing.

The emotional symptoms tabulated were: mood changes, increased use of illicit drugs or alcohol, temper problems, emotional swings, social problems, family problems, and school problems, and whether others believe they are different since being exposed to CO and and whether they believe they have undergone a change in personality and memory.
