The author at first describes the changes in the visual field in chronic cases of coal-gas poisoning, so far examined by him in 180 patients. This investigation forms part of an extensive, systematic examination, which is carried on at present in the department of diseases due to trade of the 1st Medical Clinic of the University in Helsinki.
